Returns Policy

IMPORTANT

DO NOT REMOVE THE QUALITY GUARANTEE TAG OR SECURITY SEAL UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ITEM.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THESE ARE REMOVED

 

On the rare occasion where an item has arrived damaged or you are simply unhappy with your product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt, with details of the problem.

This is preferred by email to sales@theluxuryhq.com or by telephone on 0114 7020400.

We may ask you to email us photo's of the item so we can assess the problem.

Our staff will then ensure that your problem is dealt with swiftly and effectively.

The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging complete with tags and security seal in place within 28 days of delivery.

A refund, credit or replacement (whichever you choose) will be issued upon receipt of the product.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods, and liability will only pass to us once we have confirmed the contents upon delivery.

Our returns policy is not intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you.
