 2. Upload Photo’s – Follow the simple step by step guide on what photo’s to upload of your item.

 3. Initial Valuation – Once submitted our team will aim to get an initial valuation back to you within 1 working day. This first valuation is based solely on the photo’s submitted and on the assumption of being authentic, so please include as many images as possible.

 4. Free Delivery To Us – If you are happy to proceed then we will issue a pre-paid delivery label for the item to be sent to The Luxury HQ. This will be on a tracked courier service.

 5. Inspection & Authentication – Our team will thoroughly inspect your item before submitting the product for third party authentication. We may also include recommendations that we can offer to maximise your selling price, such as cleaning and refurb services available through The Luxury HQ Clinic.

 Counterfeit Goods – We have a very strict policy on counterfeit goods and do not purchase goods of this type. Should your item fail the independent authentication process, then a fee of £40 will be charged to cover the cost of the failed authentication and to return the goods. A detailed, independent report explaining the decision will be included with your item.

  6. Final Valuation – Our team will inform you of the final evaluation upon examining of your item.

 7. Choose how you want to SELL – We will offer you 3 ways of selling your item to us.

• CONSIGNMENT - We take a small, competitive commission for selling your item across our website and social media platforms. Earn up to 90% of the selling price. Popular with sellers looking to secure the highest possible payout on their items. (see further details below).

Earn up to 90% of the sale price using our exclusive consignment service. Typically, 25% of items listed on consignment sell within the first 10 days of going live.
