Pre Order
PRE-ORDER items are products that are either on there way to us, or have been made available to us for re-sale.
- Available to pre-order exclusively from our website.
- Secure your item before it is offered through our other selling channels.
- All items carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure the quality meets with our expectations and the description on our website.
- All items independently authenticated upon arrival and supplied with Certificate Of Authentication.
- If upon arrival, the item fails to meet with our expectations or does not pass the authentication check, a full refund will be issued immediately.
How It Works -
- 30% deposit is taken at the point of purchase.
- Reserve items are normally available for despatch from us within 10 working days from the date of order.
- Payment of the remaining 70% balance will be due once the item is ready for despatch from our warehouse.
- Remaining balance payments are due within 7 days of you being notified that the item is ready to be shipped.
- Failure to pay within the 7 day period may lead to cancellation of the order and a cancellation fee being charged as detailed below.
- Cancellation Fee – "Pre Order" orders that are cancelled prior to full payment being made, will be charged 50% of the deposit fee.
